Strategy into action
Clarify priorities, turn broad goals into an operating plan, and create the cadence and accountability to carry it forward.
Startup operator · Product builder · Strategic advisor
I work with founders, small teams, and mission-driven organizations when the vision is clear but the path forward is not—bringing structure to strategy, operations, products, and partnerships.
Based in Abingdon, Virginia · Available for select advisory work and leadership opportunities
Advisory work
You may not need a large consulting firm or another full-time executive. You may need an experienced operator who can understand the whole picture, identify what matters now, and help your team move.
Clarify priorities, turn broad goals into an operating plan, and create the cadence and accountability to carry it forward.
Untangle workflows, define ownership, choose useful tools, and build lightweight systems that fit the people doing the work.
Shape an early idea, validate what users actually need, define the first useful version, and build a practical path to launch.
Best fit: founders, small businesses, schools, nonprofits, and mission-driven teams navigating growth, change, or a new initiative.

A complex institutional workflow made coherent and usable.Founder · Product development
Building a digital farmer’s almanac for growers and homesteaders—mobile-first tools shaped around real land, seasons, and daily work.
Technology designed to support a more grounded way of living. How I work
RADCL is the practical methodology underneath my work. It keeps strategy grounded in reality and turns discovery into durable progress.
Understand the history, evidence, constraints, and people already shaping the work.
Make the current reality visible—what is working, what is not, and what is being missed.
Turn insight into practical systems, products, plans, and capabilities.
Build with the people the work affects, creating trust and shared ownership.
Use what already exists—relationships, tools, knowledge, and momentum—to move farther.
About
I’m a founder and operator with a Master of Science in Organizational Management. I’ve helped launch products, shape strategy, build partnerships, and create the internal structure that lets ambitious work survive beyond the initial spark.
My perspective is shaped by Appalachia: community matters, history provides context, and meaningful progress should leave people with more capacity than they had before. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with my family, in the garden, on a trail, or somewhere near a trout stream.
